FLEXIBLE HOURS

When you subtract the hours you spend on academic and fixed activities from the total hours in the week - 168 hours - you'll see how much flexible time you have for leisure activities.

SO...  168 - total number of committed hours (academic and fixed) = flexible hours

168 - =

                                                          Total flexible hours

WHAT DO THE RESULTS SHOW ABOUT MY PRIORITIES?

1. I have a good balance between academics, recreation, and other obligations.

2. I treat my academic commitments like a full time job of about 40 hours per week.

3. The time I spend on academics equals or exceeds the time I allow for recreation.

4. I get an adequate amount of sleep each night.
